This blog is dedicated to the Resort 2nd Home market.  Kauai has a variety of options available for people who want to live part of the year in Paradise.  The fractional or shared ownership market has just taken off in the past year.  Kauai has a wide variety of properties available…from an inexpensive condo/tel, to a luxury oceanfront home in Poipu.  We have just begun to see the proof in resales that the fractional market shadows the traditional real estate market in equity growth.
